Features and Applications
- Ideal for welding large-diameter pipelines carrying crude oil, natural gas, and water, as well as for root-pass welding or surfacing on ships, tanks, boilers, and steel structures. Most effective when welding in a vertical down position. Suitable for applications involving sour gas (according to HIC Test NACE TM-0284). Achieves deep penetration in welding across all positions.
