Features and Applications
- Used in welding of heat and pressure resistant steam boilers and pipes made of Cr-Mo alloy steels, refinement steels, cementation steels and nitride steels.
- Weld metal withstands operating temperatures up to + 570 °C.
- Electrode coating of basic character
- Preheat and interpass temperature should be used at 160-190 °C
- The test assembly shall be cooled in the furnace to 300 °C at a rate not exceeding 200 °C/h.
- Re-drying: 300-350°C / min. 2h
